Total speculative refurbishment of a 1980’s office block for a UK based investor. The deep plan originally intended for a series of computer rooms lacked natural light and vertical circulation. The works, intended to bring the building up to current standards for open plan high density working spaces, include:
• Creation of a 4 storey atrium bringing day-lighting to centre of deep plan
• 2 panoramic lifts
• New core and services
• External landscaping
• New staff restaurant
• Fire regulation conformity works
• Refurbishment of HVAC
• Recabling – power supply
