Each element of the project contributes to the urban architectural and environmental quality sought by the client.

Water management planted roofs, rainwater harvesting, permeable landscaping, depolluting road run-off etc…

Energy saving and clean building site.

The typology of buildings with simple plan forms allows for easy pre-fabrication of constructive elements using timber frame technology and a high insulation specification. Reduction in on siteworks ensures less waste and pollution.

Coping with evolving lifestyles:

Each unit allows for two possible solutions to extend the volume reducing redundancy and increasing the adaptability to changing needs/family structures.
