Apple Showroom

‘Apple’ Visitor and Exhibition Centre

Av Montaigne, Paris

In response to a call for ideas from Apple Europe, we responded, in a joint venture with soft ROOM and B-C Architects, in a very short time, with a project, an estimated budget, a detailed schedule and summary images.

The program: designing a place to host decision makers of large corporate accounts for the presentation of ‘Apple’ solutions. The project is part of a tray of offices at the former Disneyland Europe headquarters. A short-term lease implies a light solution with very little intervention on the existing one. The landscape space is federated by a pergola in a light metallic structure forming a hook frame for lighting, plasma screens, reception chairs and graphic panels. Combined with a mesh ceiling, the pergola highlights the monotony of the hanging ceilings typical of office trays. The choice of materials reflects the concern for a brand image based on a very high quality of ‘product design’.
