R\u00e9habilitation totale d\u2019un b\u00e2timent des ann\u00e9es soixante-dix, ce projet s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre d\u2019une charte de r\u00e9organisationinterne de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 B.Braun. Appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 travers l\u2019Europe, la charte \u00abNew ways of working\u00bb* tend vers un bureau paysag\u00e9,sans papier, et introduit le concept de postes de travail \u2018nomade\u2019, ainsi que l\u2019int\u00e9gration de zones de travail et d\u00e9tente, nomm\u00e9es\u2018lounge\u2019, ou l\u2019\u00e9change informel est encourag\u00e9. Le programme de r\u00e9novation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du b\u00e2timent consiste \u00e0: la r\u00e9fection totale du RIE et de la cuisine la remise aux normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une nouvelle salle serveur le re c\u00e2blage total CF et Cf la climatisation des bureaux la r\u00e9habilitation des fa\u00e7ades le \u2018space planning\u2019 et le choix du mobilier. Les bureaux restent en fonctionnement pendant les travaux qui se d\u00e9rouleront par phases successives, impliquant le d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement des employ\u00e9s par secteur.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
