Le projet, dan sa volum\u00e9trie, est une r\u00e9ponse simple et \u00e9conomique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des r\u00e9glementations multiples et contraignantes d\u2019urbanisme dans une zone inondable. L\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 architecturale du quartier pavillonnaire permet une esth\u00e9tique unique exprim\u00e9e par le choix des mat\u00e9riaux pour les fa\u00e7ades et la composition informelle des baies. La maison consiste en un volume rectangulaire implant\u00e9 entre les deux limites s\u00e9parative.\u00a0 Le volume est divis\u00e9 en trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments principaux:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Le Socle: La diff\u00e9rentiation par aspect et mat\u00e9riaux du socle des \u00e9tages sup\u00e9rieurs permet une composition fonctionnelle et libre pour les baies de tailles diff\u00e9rentes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Les Etages: Afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la performance thermique et de tamponner les fluctuations de temp\u00e9ratures int\u00e9rieures, l\u2019isolation du b\u00e2timent est report\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de la structure ma\u00e7onn\u00e9e. L\u2019isolation thermique est rev\u00eatue de bois. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La Toiture: En mono pente la toiture compl\u00e8te le volume avec un minimum de mod\u00e9nature. Une goutti\u00e8re en d\u00e9caiss\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en retrait de la rive basse permet d\u2019aligner le bord de la toiture avec la fa\u00e7ade maintenant une silhouette simple pour le pignon visible depuis la rue. La toiture mono pente permet un bon ensoleillement dans la profondeur du plan contribuant ainsi au fonctionnement passif solaire.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
