Complete renovation of a 4 storey office building after full stripping out and asbestos removal works. Replacement of all technical services including lift. Creation of an external metal escape stair and rear garden space. Replacement and redesign of the external envelope with a curtain wall system integrating glazed and stone panels. Installation of air conditioning with direct expansion system and combined input and extract ventilation. Creation of open landscaped office spaces.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The project was accomplished within a tight budget whilst maintaining a high quality end product. The time frame of the operation being of lesser importance allowed the advantageous negotiation of the facade package by adapting project planning to available slack periods in the factory’s schedule. External site installations were shared with an adjoining housing construction site.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
