The project is a change of use of two industrial sites abandoned due to the pressure if rising inner city rent costs. Situated in the North of London the scheme consists of housing and commercial units spread across two sites in 4 distinct buildings. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Seven Sisters Road:<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The site is bordered to the North by a new development inconstant evolution and to the South by a major urban thoroughfare. On the major road to the South 3 simple volumes in brick are suspended over a continuous street level glazed commercial facade. On the terrace above loft style maisonettes clad in metal recall the industrial heritage of the area. Parallel to the street, at the heart of the site, a 5 storey building with deck access provides the required quota of affordable dwellings (30% of habitable space) The North of the site maisonettes are integrated into the development in a mews style building. A private pedestrian path connects the two courtyards created between the buildings. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
