Repairing and reinforcing the urban structure with respect to the density, height and character of the different quarters. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Middle Ring \u2013 the sea front<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Creation of a strong built urban edge with a memorable silhouette ; buildings orientated at 90\u00b0 to the corniche ; creation of centres of attraction along the corniche ; regularisation of the vehicle circulation and parking. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Outer Ring \u2013 the beach<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Creation of a ‘beach parc’ composed of a series of shaded squares, a pedestrian promenade and different landscaped features on the beach itself<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
